We kindly ask all guests to please carefully read our policies below. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card deposit, gift card number, or voucher number to schedule an appointment so please have your card or voucher ready when booking.
Our booking software sends a friendly reminder text 24 hours before your appointment to prevent any confusion. To cancel, please do not respond to the text and call us directly during our operating hours or leave a voice message.
( 24 HOUR NOTICE FOR INDIVIDUAL GUESTS )
If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance for an individual guest, there will be a 50% charge on the booked services.
( 48 HOUR NOTICE FOR COUPLES OR 2 GUESTS )
If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours in advance for couples or any 2 guests, there will be a 50% charge on the booked services.
( 3 DAYS NOTICE / 72 HOUR NOTICE FOR GROUPS & PARTIES OF 3 AND MORE )
If a cancellation is made less than 3 DAYS / 72 hours in advance for groups and parties, the 50% deposit will NOT be refunded.
**NO SHOWS & SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS**
NO SHOW appointments and SAME DAY cancellations will be charged the FULL price of the booked service(s)
When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business but also the potential business of other guests who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Many times our staff will be functioning in an "on-call" status and have traveled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons, we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue.
ARRIVAL TIME & LATE ARRIVALS
We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service will be adjusted to not interrupt the appointments of the guests scheduled after you and the cleaning time needed between guests.
-Late arrivals of 10 minutes or less will result in a shortened service time and the fee for service will remain the same-
-If you're more then 10 minutes late, you will be marked as a no show and will be charged for the full service-
Individuals & couples:
-Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to fill out any paperwork and change into a robe if needed-
Groups of 3 and more:
-Please have your group arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to fill out any paperwork and change into a robe if needed-
Children under 14 years of age are NOT permitted in any area of the spa, including the waiting area. For your own relaxation, your child's safety, and for the benefit of our other guests and service providers, we no longer allow children under 14 years of age to get a service, be anywhere in the spa, or to wait on a parent/guardian who is getting a service.
The dollar value of our gift cards NEVER expires. All gift card sales are final and non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card. Gift card must be presented at the time of redemption. The spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
No one is allowed to wait on any guest who is getting a service. No one is allowed to get a service if they don't pass a temperature check, sign a waiver, or if they show any symptoms of COVID-19. Must wear a mask in the waiting area.
