We value your business and kindly ask that you please read the spa's scheduling policies. When you schedule an appointment with us, you're agreeing to these policies. All bookings require a credit card deposit, gift card number, or voucher number to schedule an appointment.

Our booking software sends an automated reminder text 24 hours before your appointment. To cancel, please call us directly during our operating hours or leave a voice message. 


CANCELLATIONS
**NO SHOWS & SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS**
No shows and same-day cancellations will be charged the FULL price of the booked service(s)

( 24 HOUR NOTICE FOR INDIVIDUAL GUESTS )
If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance for an individual guest, there will be a 50% charge on the booked service(s).

( 48 HOUR NOTICE FOR COUPLES OR 2 GUESTS )

If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours in advance for couples or any 2 guests, there will be a 50% charge on the booked service(s).

( 3 DAYS NOTICE / 72 HOUR NOTICE FOR GROUPS & PARTIES OF 3 AND MORE )

If a cancellation is made less than 3 DAYS / 72 hours in advance for groups and parties, the 50% deposit will NOT be refunded.

When you miss an appointment with us, we lose your business and the potential business of other guests who could have scheduled an appointment for that same time. For these reasons, we are obligated to compensate our staff for their lost appointment and make up for the lost revenue.
 

ARRIVAL TIME & LATE ARRIVALS

We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. The length of service will be adjusted to not interrupt the appointments scheduled after you and the cleaning time needed between guests. 
-Late arrivals of 10 minutes or less will result in a shortened service time, and the service fee will remain the same. If you're more than 10 minutes late, you will be marked as a no-show and will be charged for the full service.

Individuals & couples:
Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill out any paperwork and change into a robe if needed.

Groups of 3 and more: 
Please have your group arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled
appointment to fill out any paperwork and change into a robe if needed.

CHILDREN

Children under 16 years of age are NOT permitted in any spa area, including the waiting area. For your relaxation, your child's safety, and the benefit of our other guests and service providers, we no longer allow minors under 16 years of age to get a service or wait on a parent/guardian who is getting a service.
 

GIFT CARDS

The dollar value of our gift cards never expires. All gift card sales are final and non-refundable. Gift card must be presented at the time of redemption. The spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.  Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card or be redeemed for cash.  
 

COVID-19

No one is allowed to wait on any guest who is getting a service. No one is allowed to get a service if they don't pass a temperature check, sign a waiver, or show any symptoms of COVID-19. Must wear a mask in the waiting area.
