BOOKINGS Thank you for choosing Moroccan Hammam & Day SPA. We value your business and kindly ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. We kindly ask individual guests, couples and groups to please carefully read our policies below. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card deposit, gift card number or gift voucher number to schedule an appointment so please have your card or voucher ready when booking.
CANCELLATIONS 24 HOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE APPLIES TO:
-Individual guests that have booked 1 to 2 services
-Couples that have booked only 1 to 2 services each
* If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance for any of the above bookings, there will be a fee of $30 per service appointment booked *
48 HOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE APPLIES TO: -Individuals who have booked a day spa package, or a minimum of 3 services and more -Couples who have booked a day spa package or booked a minimum of 3 services each - Groups of 3 guests and more who booked a minimum of 1 service per person *If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours in advance for any of the above bookings, the 50% deposit will not be refunded*
Our booking software sends a friendly reminder text 24 hours before your appointment to prevent any confusion. To cancel, Please do not respond to the text and Please call us directly during our operating hours or leave a voice message.
NO SHOWS **All NO SHOW appointments will be charged the FULL price of the service** We recognize the time of our guests and employees is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other guests who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an "on call" status and have traveled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue. This policy allows us to retain great employees.
We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests after you. -Late arrivals will result in a shortened service time and The fee for service will remain the same- -If you're more then 15 minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule and will be charged 50% of the service-
For Individuals & couples:
-Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to fill out any paper work and change into a robe if needed-
For Groups of 4 and more:
-Please have your group arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to fill out any paper work and change into a robe if needed-
Children under 14 years of age are NOT permitted in any area of the spa, including the waiting area. For your own relaxation, your child's safety and for the benefit of our other clients and service providers, we no longer allow children under 14 years of age to get a service, be anywhere in the spa or to wait on a parent/guardian who is getting a service.
Gift Cards never expire. All gift card sales are final and non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card. Gift card must be presented at the time of redemption. The spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards actual value never expires , but after one year, gift cards are redeemable only for the dollar value originally purchased and not the actual service/package.
