SPA POLICY
Thank you for choosing Moroccan Hammam & Day SPA!
We value your business and kindly ask that you please read the SPA's scheduling policies. When you schedule an appointment with our SPA, you're agreeing to these policies. All SPA bookings require a credit card deposit, gift card number, or voucher number to schedule an appointment.

To cancel your spa appointment or reschedule, please call the spa directly during the spa's operating hours or leave a voice message. 


SPA CANCELLATIONS
**NO SHOWS & SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS**
No shows and same-day cancellations will be charged the FULL price of the booked service(s)

 24 HOUR NOTICE FOR ANY SINGLE SERVICE OR TREATMENT 
If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made less than 24 hours in advance for any individual service or treatment, the 50% deposit will not be refunded. 

 48 HOUR NOTICE FOR ALL SPA PACKAGES OR ANY MULTIPLE SERVICES 

If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made less than 48 hours in advance for any day spa package or any group of treatments, the 50% deposit will not be refunded.

 3 DAYS NOTICE / 72 HOUR NOTICE FOR GROUPS OF 3 AND MORE 

If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made less than 3 DAYS / 72 hours in advance for groups and parties, the 50% deposit will not be refunded.

When you miss an appointment with us, we lose your business and the potential business of other guests who could have scheduled an appointment for that same time. For these reasons, we are obligated to compensate our staff for their lost appointment and make up for the lost revenue.

 

ARRIVAL TIME | LATE ARRIVALS

We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. The length of service will be adjusted to not interrupt the appointments scheduled after you and the cleaning time needed between guests. 
-Late arrivals of 10 minutes or less will result in a shortened service time, and the service fee will remain the same. If you're 15 minutes late or more, you will be marked as a no-show and will be charged for the full service.

Individuals & couples:
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill out any paperwork and change into a robe if needed.

Groups of 3 and more: 
Please have your group arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled
appointment to fill out any paperwork and change into a robe if needed.

CHILDREN

Children under 15 years of age are NOT permitted in any spa area, including the waiting area. For your relaxation, your child's safety, and the benefit of our other guests and service providers, we don't allow minors under 15 years of age to get a spa service or wait on a parent/guardian who is getting a service.
 

SPA GIFT CARDS

All SPA gift card sales are final and non-refundable. Gift card must be presented at the time of redemption. The spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.  Gift cards cannot be replaced, used to purchase another gift card, or be redeemed for cash. Gift cards are no longer valid and expire after 2 years from the purchase date.
